Jaclyn Carney has been a civil litigator since 2013, bringing more than a decade of courtroom, litigation, and case strategy experience to her work on behalf of consumers. Before joining the plaintiff’s side, she served as Senior Counsel at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP, one of the nation’s largest defense firms, where she developed a deep understanding of how defense teams approach litigation.

That experience gives Jaclyn a valuable perspective in consumer rights cases. She understands how large companies and their counsel evaluate claims, manage risk, and prepare defenses — and she uses that insight to strengthen her advocacy for clients facing defective vehicle issues and lemon law disputes.

A 2012 graduate of Whittier Law School, Jaclyn is admitted to the California State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Her legal career has been defined by strong advocacy, disciplined preparation, and the ability to navigate complex disputes with confidence.

Outside of law, Jaclyn is also a professional musician, former SAG/AFTRA actress and stunt performer, and mother of two. Her diverse background contributes to her presence, adaptability, and poise — qualities that serve her well both inside and outside the courtroom. She brings intensity, creativity, and real-world perspective to every matter she handles.
